Banana Smoothie Recipe
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Procedure:
1. Put sugar into a blender and blend for five seconds.
2. Add one cup each of ice and milk. Turn the blender on high and blend until no chunks of ice remain.
3. Add the banana and the vanilla and blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
